These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Hugo & Skye Bible Adventures website, Parent Guides, downloadable resources, digital products and related services.
Hugo & Skye Bible Adventures is operated by ENCA Consultants Pty Ltd (“we”, “us” or “our”).
By using this website or purchasing or downloading our products or resources, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Parent's Hub
Hugo & Skye Bible Adventures creates family-friendly Bible stories, songs, activities and resources designed to help families explore Bible stories and their lessons together.
Our website operates as a Parents' Hub. Website forms, downloads, purchases, accounts and other interactive features are intended for parents, guardians and other adults.
You must be 18 years of age or older to submit forms, make purchases or create or use customer account features on this website.
Children should use Hugo & Skye resources with appropriate parent, guardian or adult involvement.
2. Educational and Faith-Based Content
Hugo & Skye Bible Adventures provides Christian faith-based stories, songs, Parent Guides, activities and other family resources.
Our content is intended for general educational, informational and family use. Parents and guardians remain responsible for deciding whether particular content or activities are appropriate for their children and for supervising their children's use of the resources.
We aim to collect only information that is reasonably necessary for operating the website and providing our services.
3. Free Resources
We may make certain Parent Guides, activities or other resources available free of charge.
Free resources are provided for personal and family use subject to these Terms.
We may change, replace or discontinue a free resource or promotion at any time, although this will not affect copies that you have already lawfully downloaded.
Some technical information may also be collected automatically through our website and the technologies and service providers used to operate it.
4. Parent Guides and Other Digital Products
We may sell Parent Guides, collections and other digital products through our website.
The product page will describe what is included with a purchase.
Where a Parent Guide collection includes guides that will be released progressively during a season, your purchase may include:
Parent Guides already released and included in that collection at the time of purchase; and
additional Parent Guides subsequently released and added to that same purchased collection.
The timing of future content may change, and we do not guarantee that episodes or Parent Guides will be released on a particular date unless we expressly state otherwise.
5. Digital Delivery and Access
Digital products may be delivered through a download, customer access area, email or another digital delivery method.
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address when making a purchase and for maintaining access to the email account associated with your purchase.

6. Prices and Payments
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
You agree to pay the price displayed for your order at the time of purchase.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply to the processing of your payment.
Where required by law, applicable taxes will be included in or added to the price as appropriate.
7. Refunds and Australian Consumer Law
Our products and services come with rights and guarantees that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable laws.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Because many of our products are supplied digitally, a change of mind will not necessarily entitle you to a refund.

Unless we expressly state otherwise, Parent Guides, activity sheets, printables and other downloadable resources are licensed to you for personal and family use only.
You may:

save them for your own household's use; and
print reasonable copies for use within your own household.
You may not, without our prior written permission:
sell or resell our resources;
upload or distribute the files publicly;
share purchased files with other households;
reproduce them for commercial purposes;
include them in another product or resource;
remove copyright or ownership notices;
claim the content or artwork as your own; or
use our resources to create competing or derivative commercial products.
9. Schools, Churches and Organisations
Unless a product specifically states that organisational or group use is included, purchasing or downloading a resource does not automatically grant a licence for distribution across a school, church, ministry, childcare service, business or other organisation.
If you would like to use Hugo & Skye resources in an organisational or group setting beyond ordinary personal or family use, please contact [email protected] regarding appropriate permission or licensing.
10. Intellectual Property
The Hugo & Skye Bible Adventures website and its original content, including characters, stories, artwork, illustrations, songs, lyrics, videos, Parent Guides, activity resources, branding, logos, designs and other original materials, are owned by or licensed to ENCA Consultants Pty Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Bible passages, quotations or other third-party materials may be subject to separate rights and attribution requirements.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
11. Our Characters and Brand
The names, characters, visual designs and branding associated with Hugo & Skye Bible Adventures are part of our creative property.
You must not use Hugo & Skye characters, artwork, logos or branding in a way that suggests your product, organisation, website, social media account or service is produced, sponsored or endorsed by us without our written permission.
12. Acceptable Use of the Website
You must not use the website or our services to:
engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity;
interfere with the operation or security of the website;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts;
